What ports are open by default on my VPS?
All of them. You can either choose to restrict ports in your server by configuring the Firewall or your IPTables rules. Our support team can help you do that by contacting them.
Is there any possibility to change the IP Address of my VPS?
Yes. Every server comes with a static IPv4 address. You can order an additional IP or change your existing one for €2 from the control panel.
What operating systems are available at PetroSky?
We offer Windows Server (2022 and 2025, fine-tuned for performance) and Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, and AlmaLinux. All OS images are kept up to date.
Is the traffic limited in PetroSky?
No. Our VPS Servers have unlimited traffic and unmetered bandwidth to guarantee you the best uptime and scalability.
Can I get a refund if it doesn't work for my needs?
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund policy. If the service does not meet your needs within the first 7 days, contact support for a full refund.
Is your hosting DMCA-Ignored?
No. PetroSky complies with DMCA requirements. Any abusive or illegal activity on our servers will result in account suspension.
Do you have a Looking Glass?
Not yet. A Looking Glass is on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can contact support for latency or network performance questions about specific locations.
Can I enable Virtualization on VPS?
Virtualization is enabled by default on Hybrid VPS plans.
Is it possible to run Android Emulator on VPS?
Yes. PetroSky Hybrid VPS includes 3D acceleration, which is required to run Android emulators like BlueStacks, LDPlayer, and Nox Player.
