Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

PetroSky offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on monthly subscriptions, subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility Conditions

  • First-time accounts only. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. Customers who have previously held an account with us, canceled, and signed up again are not eligible for this policy.
  • No second accounts. If an existing customer has opened a second account, that second account is also not eligible for a refund.
  • No upgrades within the first 7 days. Any upgrade of service within the first 7 days cancels your eligibility for a refund.
  • One refund per customer. Only one refund event on your first account is granted per customer.

Cancellations and Suspensions

PetroSky holds the right to cancel or suspend any service at any time. If a cancellation or suspension was made due to a violation of our Terms of Service (TOS), no refund will be provided. This applies to both new and existing customers, regardless of account duration.

Violations and Abuse

Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy. No refunds will be issued if a customer is found to have abused our stated policies, resulting in the premature suspension or termination of their services.
