Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by PetroSky, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. The following rules apply to account registration and usage:

  • Account details must match those provided by your payment method.
  • Account registration and order placement must be executed from your residential IP address.
  • Registering with incorrect or fake personal details may lead to permanent account termination.
  • Having multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in a permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
  • We reserve the right to reject your account registration or order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, unless the payment method is non-refundable (e.g. cryptocurrency).

We may ask for ID verification and/or make a phone call to the number you provided at any time during your contact with us, to prevent fraud and abuse.

Acceptable Use Policy

By using PetroSky, you agree not to abuse systems or networks in any way that may harm the usability of other clients' services, or harm outside networks or individuals. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and work with security organizations to handle abuse cases accordingly.

Repeated violations will result in all services associated with your account being terminated without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are considered abusive and are strictly prohibited. This list is non-exhaustive — any doubt should be referred to our abuse department for evaluation:

  • Hosting or distributing malicious or inappropriate files.
  • Targeted harassment towards individuals (doxing), or retaining any personal information against them without their consent. This includes hateful, racist content, or any type of discrimination.
  • Carrying out outbound network attacks (DoS/DDoS), malicious network scanning, or hosting malware (e.g. botnets).
  • Hosting Tor nodes.
  • Hosting or operating fraud, phishing, gambling, or lottery sites or software.
  • Any activity that is illegal or infringes on the rights of third parties.

Service Availability and Liability

PetroSky is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of data, DDoS attacks, server damage, or similar events beyond our reasonable control. We perform weekly backups so that, in the event of server failure, you can restore to a previous backup.

PetroSky holds the right to suspend or cancel any service at any time. If a suspension or cancellation is made due to a violation of these Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.

Violations and Termination

Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under our refund policy. No refunds will be issued if a customer is found to have abused our stated policies, resulting in the premature suspension or termination of their services.

PetroSky reserves the right to terminate any service without prior notice in cases of repeated or severe violations of these terms.

Changes to Terms

PetroSky reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
